New to Pilates or new to us — here's exactly what to expect. No guesswork, no intimidation, just a warm welcome and a clear plan.
During your first booking, every client completes a short Your Elin Profile form — your history, goals, and any physical considerations. It gives us exactly what we need to prepare for your first class before you even walk in.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Bring grip socks if you have them, or purchase a pair at the studio.
Solo and Duo sessions begin with a postural assessment and movement screening — not a test, just a relaxed conversation about how your body moves and what your goals are. Booking a group class? Arrive 10 minutes early and brief your instructor on any injuries or pain, and modifications will be built into your class from the first movement. Only the formal postural assessment is exclusive to Solo & Duo sessions.
Your instructor introduces the equipment and foundational Pilates movements with clear explanations at every step. You'll always know what you're doing and why.
After a Solo or Duo session, we'll discuss your personalized program and recommend a practice schedule that fits your life and goals. After a group class, there's no "right level" to find — every class is all-levels, always: with groups this small, your instructor adapts each exercise to every client in the room. Our front desk is happy to help you find the schedule that fits and answer any questions.
Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes you can move freely in.
Required for safety and hygiene — available for purchase at the studio.
Stay hydrated. Everything else — equipment and props — is provided.
The most important thing. Come curious; leave taller.
New clients save with our intro packs — Solo, Duo, or Group. Choose the one that fits and we'll take it from there.
