Clear and fair — so every client gets the calm, focused studio they came for.
All classes and sessions are booked in advance through the Elin Pilates app or website. With at most six spots per class, walk-ins can rarely be accommodated — booking ahead guarantees your reformer is waiting for you.
Please cancel group classes at least 12 hours in advance and private sessions (Solo, Duo, private groups, and Prenatal) at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows use up the class or session credit, just as if attended.
Booking together means attending together — participants are responsible for coordinating attendance with each other. If a participant is absent or late-cancels, the session will still proceed or be treated as used.
For your safety, the flow of the class, and out of respect for other clients, late arrivals may not be admitted. The warm-up at the start of every session is crucial — joining without it leaves the body prone to injury. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
If a class is full, join the waitlist through the booking system. If a spot opens, you'll automatically be promoted into it in priority sequence, and notified of the promotion.
Friends are welcome to train with you — they just need to be booked into the same class or session in advance, which makes them a registered client for that visit. Unregistered visitors can't wait in the studio (see "Registered Clients Only" below).
The studio may occasionally close or modify operations for holidays, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. Closures do not extend credit or membership expiry unless approved in writing.
Memberships are billed monthly and renew on your purchase date. No minimum commitment — cancel anytime with one month's notice. Unused classes do not carry over.
Unlimited group classes with a limit of one class per day, plus one guest pass per month. A $29 no-show / late-cancel fee applies for the member and their guest, at the member's expense. Membership may be revoked for consistent no-shows or late cancellations.
The monthly guest pass is a benefit exclusive to the Infinite membership. It covers one group class and does not carry over. It may only be used for a guest who has never attended Elin Pilates, and the guest must be accompanied by the membership holder. Before their first visit, the guest must create an account online or through the app, including the Liability Waiver. A guest no-show or late cancellation incurs the $29 fee, charged to the membership holder's account.
As a small studio with only a handful of spots in every class, each purchase reserves real space and instructor time — so all purchases, including intro offers, class packs, memberships, and gift cards, are non-refundable. We'd much rather you enjoy every session than lose one: if something unexpected comes up, reach out and we'll do our best to help you make the most of what you've purchased.
Expiries of 30 days or less run from the date of purchase. All longer expiries run from the date of first use.
Intro offers are for new members only — one per person, ever. The Duo Intro requires a partner who also purchases the Duo Intro Pack, and sessions must be booked together.
Grip socks are required for all classes, for safety and hygiene. Forgot yours? Pairs are available for purchase at the front desk.
Reformers and spring walls hold real tension. Please don't adjust, mount, or move equipment until your instructor guides you — setup is part of the service, and it keeps every spring where it should be.
Please silence and store phones during sessions so everyone can remain focused and present.
We maintain high cleanliness standards and regularly sanitize all equipment and studio surfaces.
Please stay home if you have symptoms of a contagious illness — your fellow members share the equipment and the air. Cancel in the app as early as you can, and if illness catches you inside the cancellation window, reach out — we'll do our best to help.
As a small studio, our front desk isn't always staffed — at times, the instructor teaching in class is the only person on site, focused entirely on their clients. That means there's no one available to look after anyone else, so for everyone's safety, only registered clients with a booked class or session may be in the studio: please leave guests and children at home (little ones can't wait on the premises, so plan childcare for your session time). Hoping to bring someone along? Just ask us for approval first.
We currently welcome clients 18 years and older. There are no height restrictions — we can apply modifications as needed — though Merrithew reformers are designed to comfortably accommodate heights between 5'0" and 6'2" (152–188 cm). Spring Wall and Chair work has no height considerations at all.
All prices are subject to GST, added separately. Questions about any policy? Contact us — we're happy to help.
